SC series industrial water filter housing for monocartridges is compatible with most different fluids since it is fully constitued of stainless steel AISI 316L. One cartridge for water type DOE or M3, M8, M7 with a length of 6 to 40 inches can be installed in the filter housing of this series. The top cover is equipped with a V-clip. SC series water filter housing is designed to filter small volumes of liquid. Screw cap of DIN 11851 type is available on request. SCD series water filter housings can be used to clean hazardous liquids or gases if they have such cover.
Filter Housing - HC Series
HC series housing for single cartridges is the next step in the development of the SC series. They have a higher filtration capacity for liquid or gas. At the same time, the cost of its installation is lower, because the cover is precision molded. HC series housings for monocartridges are compatible with most different fluids since they are fully constituted of AISI 316L stainless steel. One cartridge of DOE, M6, M7 type (M3, M8 as an option), length 10, 20, 30, 40 inches can be installed in the body of this series. The cover is secured by a cast V-clip. Screw cap of DIN 11851 type is available upon request. HCD series housings can be used to clean hazardous liquids or gases if they have such cover.
Filter Housing - SCT Series
SC series industrial filter housing for monocartridges is compatible with most different fluids since it is fully constitued of stainless steel AISI 316L. This series can accommodate one DOE cartridge, M3, M6, or screw type, 6 to 40 inches in length. The cover is secured to the body with four threaded rods. This allows the SCT series housings to withstand high pressures with low flow rates. Flange connection of the cover to the body is manufactured using the precision casting technique. Tightness is ensured by a polymer O-ring. This type of bonnet-to-body connection and O-ring allows the SCT series housings to safely filter liquids or gases under high pressure.
Multi-Cartridge Filter - MCR Series
You can buy the MCR series filter housing fully constituted of AISI 316L stainless steel that is compatible with most liquid chemicals at Asco Pumps Uzbekistan. Filter housings of the MCR series are designed for filtering medium flow liquids and are made in 3 basic models: with 3, 6 and 9 cartridges. Cartridges are available in lengths from 10 to 40 inches. Basket Filters - ST Series
You can buy a stainless steel ST series filter housing that is compatible with most liquid chemicals since it is made of stainless steel AISI 316L at ASCO PUMPS Uzbekistan. The heavy-duty enclosure design has been designed to withstand harsh conditions and repetitive open/close cycles. Hinged top cover and body connection flange is cast from 316 stainless steel. Filter Housing - HF-LF Series
HF/LF series filter housing is designed for use with MHF and MHL series depth cartridges. This allows the manufacture of high flow filters with lower installation and maintenance costs. HF/LF series housings are made of AISI 316L steel. The heavy-duty design has been designed to withstand harsh conditions and repetitive open/close cycles. The cartridge is mounted on a special perforated plate core welded to the tube sheet and is able to withstand pressure drops. A special pump cup stands as the seal between the cartridge and the tube sheet, and in the upper part there is a special cover, which is fixed with a wing nut. No special tool is required to remove the cover.

Industrial filter housing of the CP series of hygienic design is fully constituted of stainless steel AISI 316L. Hand-polished housing. V-clip with cartridge filters from 1 to 8 pieces. Swing bolts with Rathmann closure for 12-30 cartridge filters. Suitable for use with 1-30 cartridges up to 40 inches long. Designed to eliminate bacteria build-up. BFR series filter housing is compatible with most liquid chemicals since it is made of AISI 316L steel. The heavy-duty design has been designed to withstand harsh conditions and repetitive open/close cycles. The top lid has a cast V-clip made of AISI 316 steel for easy access and bag replacement. Suitable for filtration of group 1 and 2 liquids up to 8 bar. Suitable for filter bag of sizes 1, 2, 3 and 4. Suitable for filter bags with metal ring and/or PolyformSEAL™. Retainer suitable for Delta-P up to 4 bar (Delta-P up to 10 bar available on request).
BTF series of filter housing. Made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Special design of the cover allows liquid from the top side, ensures better tightness of the filter bag (located directly under the cover), uses only one O-ring and helps to reduce the volume of plaque in the filter. Top cover and body connection flange is cast from 316L stainless steel to increase safety of the structure. Rathmann type hinged bolts are supplied to facilitate opening/closing the lid. The top cover is hand sanded and the body is mechanical, which makes it easy to clean when changing the filter.
Filter Housing - MT Series
MT series multi-cartridge filter housing withstands moderately low fluid flows. Fully constituted of electropolished 316L stainless steel. Suitable for filtration of group 1 and 2 liquids and gases up to 10 bar. One DOE cartridge can be installed in the housing of this series. Suitable for use with 3-12 cartridges up to 40 inches long. 403 grade stainless steel adjustable feet. Hydraulic tests for 100% quality of manufactured filters.
Self-Cleaning Filters - RVT Series
RVT series automatic liquid filter is designed to remove solid particles from industrial, well, river or sea water. Designed for continuous operation, the liquid filter can be automatically backwashed with its own filtrate. It can also be backwashed out after the pressure reaches the set value. This housing has a function thanks to which the system can be backwashed continuously in conditions of increased pollution.
Self-Cleaning Filters of MBW Modular Design
Construction materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, 5% chrome plated steel alloy (other materials upon request). The housing is marked according to the codes: ASME Sect. Replacement Filter Elements MV
MB series polypropylene filter cartridge has the ability to pass the filtrate through the entire filter material. High chemical compatibility allows these replaceable filters to be used in a variety of harsh conditions, including work with corrosive chemicals. Complete recycling of used cartridges is possible thanks to the use of 100% polypropylene.
Density structure of the element varies. The cartridge has a surface with a lower fiber density, and as it approaches the core, the fiber density increases. The filter material does not become clenched under compression and retains its porous structure and large cavity volume throughout its entire service life. This design extends the product's service life and prevents the spontaneous release of filtered dirt even under pressure drops.
FV Series Fiberglass Cartridges
FV series fiberglass filter cartridge is designed to remove particulate matter and to separate impurities from gas streams. This filter consists of multiple layers of fiberglass and a stainless steel or galvanized steel core to reinforce the structure. There are two types of filters available: conventional (FV): the filtered flow is directed from the outside to the inside, retains only solid particles (can also be used for cleaning liquids); reverse (RFV): the filtered flow is directed from the inside out to separate oil particles from the gas flow.
Due to the varying density of the pleated fiberglass membranes, RFV filter cartridge made of fiberglass has properties, as a result of which drops of water or oil emulsion up to 2 μm in diameter are retained by the inertial force, drops up to 0.2 μm are stopped by the filter material, and drops with the diameter less than 0.2 μm are scattered. The stream to be cleaned runs from the inside to the outside. Gas flow passes through the filter, where small droplets combine into large ones and are carried away by the flow to the outer surface of the cartridge filter. There, under the influence of gravity, they drain into the lower part of the filter housing, from where they are removed.
Filter Element WM
Mesh cartridge for WM series filters is indispensable when an absolute or extremely fine degree of cleaning is required. Stainless steel cartridges can withstand many recovery cycles - chemical or mechanical cleaning (washing). The cartridge has a baffle made of high quality wire mesh for the highest degree of reliability in separating solids. Welding and manufacturing process is subject to rigorous quality control, which allows WM elements to be used in extremely high temperatures. There is a rubber strainer model available as a budget alternative that can be used in normal conditions.
Filter Element HYD
The HYD series pleated filter cartridge is the latest development in the field of filtration. The combined elements combine the cleaning properties of depth filters and the high dirt holding capacity of pleated filters. The HYD series filter contains a special, highly porous, melt-sprayed polypropylene material. The filter consists of several filtering membranes with varying pore sizes optimized to remove non-solid (gelatinous) contaminants. To avoid material shrinkage and to maintain the required filter capacity, the filter cartridge design uses external and internal support membranes.
Filter Element MNN
MNN series nylon deep filter is made of polyamide by polymer melt spraying. It is designed to be used for depth filtration, when polypropylene cannot be used due to its incompatibility with solvent and aromatic hydrocarbons. The deep nylon filter is an excellent solution for chemical enrichment and liquid coating application. Thanks to polymer melt atomization technology, the depth filter provides superior filtrate quality under severe operating conditions.
In terms of performance, MNN filter elements made of polyamide using polymer melt spray technology are preferred over standard filter elements made of cotton or synthetic fibers wound or bonded with synthetic resin. MNN series filter models are available with a wide filtration range and three different types of internal rods to withstand different temperature ranges and pressure drops.
Bag Filter Elements RO-PE

SF Series Cartridges
SF series sintered filter cartridge is made of sintered metal fibers evenly spaced to form a 3-dimensional filter system. During post-sintering process, filter materials are bonded to one or two wire meshes. This strengthens the design of the water filter cartridge and improves its throughput. Filter elements of various configurations are available for filter cartridges to be used in special conditions: a single membrane for operation under normal conditions, for example, for steam; double membrane for surface filtration, for example for catalyst regeneration; multilayer diaphragm for in-depth filtration, e.g. viscous liquids, separation of gelatinous particles, or in conditions of high operating pressure drops.
