MNN series nylon deep filter is made of polyamide by polymer melt spraying. It is designed to be used for depth filtration, when polypropylene cannot be used due to its incompatibility with solvent and aromatic hydrocarbons. The deep nylon filter is an excellent solution for chemical enrichment and liquid coating application. Thanks to polymer melt atomization technology, the depth filter provides superior filtrate quality under severe operating conditions.
In terms of performance, MNN filter elements made of polyamide using polymer melt spray technology are preferred over standard filter elements made of cotton or synthetic fibers wound or bonded with synthetic resin. MNN series filter models are available with a wide filtration range and three different types of internal rods to withstand different temperature ranges and pressure drops.
