Reciprocating pumps
Peroni manufactures a complete range of triplex, quintuplex and septuplex reciprocating power pumps, designed according to API 674 standards.
The various series of pumps cover all the existing applications of the Oil and Gas and Hydrocarbon Processing markets.
Process Diaphragm Pumps
Peroni Process Diaphragm Pumps are specifically designed for off-shore applications with footprints reduced up to 25% compared to other manufacturers’ pumps.
Plunger and Diaphragm Pumps
All Peroni dosing pumps are designed to API 675 standards.
The configuration of PD Plunger and Diaphragm Pumps is the one commonly used by the market while in the PR Series the crankmechanism is designed to house in one frame 3 to 5 plungers with a single drive shaft and independent hydraulic heads.
Peroni studied this particular arrangement to reduce the space of installation and the offshore industry has very much appreciated this solution that also has a very high level of reliability.
For these reasons, the offshore industry has largely installed Peroni PR pumps in the platforms, mainly in the unmanned ones.
Pumping systems
For over 30 years Peroni has been designing and manufacturing complete pumping systems for chemical injection and dosing units, for pumping stations, pipeline testing units, descaling and water press feed packages, injection systems of cement mixtures for ground consolidation.
