SF series sintered filter cartridge is made of sintered metal fibers evenly spaced to form a 3-dimensional filter system. During post-sintering process, filter materials are bonded to one or two wire meshes. This strengthens the design of the water filter cartridge and improves its throughput. Filter elements of various configurations are available for filter cartridges to be used in special conditions: a single membrane for operation under normal conditions, for example, for steam; double membrane for surface filtration, for example for catalyst regeneration; multilayer diaphragm for in-depth filtration, e.g. viscous liquids, separation of gelatinous particles, or in conditions of high operating pressure drops.
