Two-stage vacuum pumps of AVD-AVDL series are capable of generating an ultimate residual pressure of up to 33 mbar. They are in demand when it is necessary to pump out various moisture in the form of vapor or liquid in a fairly large amount. Reliability of the products is beyond doubt, they are easy to maintain, they can be used to pump out any gaseous medium or vaporization. Production materials vary from high-quality especially resistant cast iron to stainless steel of the highest grades, for example - AISI 316.

AVD-AVDL series two-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are suitable for high vacuum applications. AVD-AVDL is a compact line designed to minimize footprint requirements by offering short and integral support brackets in combination with an engine mount lantern option primarily targeted at the OEM market. For capacities above 900 m3/h, the series is available with long support arms to provide complete flexibility in the choice of mechanical seal to suit any process requirement. It is possible to adjust the axial rotor assembly in the axial direction in both series, thus perfectly centering it inside the pump and achieving maximum performance and reliability.

Standard design includes cast iron with bronze or stainless steel impellers; alternatively, the pumps are available entirely in stainless steel. Special alloys are available upon request.

The pumps are widely used in process industry and power generation for extraction of gases and vapors, evaporation or impregnation. ATEX version available upon request.
